Payment
100% upfront payment via Paypal/Wise is required after receiving the rough sketch version
Progress and Revison
It will usually take me 2-4 days to prepare a pose sketch then rough sketch of your request.
There will be 5 stages of progress (4 stages for sketch commission) : pose sketch - rough sketch - line art/clean sketch - base color and cel-shade - finishing
You will get 2 turns of free revision for each stage of progress update. Any further revision afterward will be charged a $7 fee each time
Your commission normally will be delivered within a month after payment
Commission with detailed design: character features, armor, fantasy clothing and weapons can takes up from 2 to 3 months
I will keep you updated every 5-7 days. Any delay on update I will notify you within this range of time
Please give feedback within 3 days after update. If there's still no contact after 3 days. I will start the next stage without waiting for approval to not cause any delay
Deadline will be extend if the feedback progress taking too long or client require adjustment different from reference had given
Refund
If you want to cancel commission within 2 days after approving the rough sketch version, you will get 50% refund.
If you want to cancel commission within 2 days after approving the lineart version, you will get 12% refund.
If the commission get delayed a month longer to deadline due to personal issue from my behalf. You will receive a 120% refund of your commission
Intellectual Property Right
Client's personal use and display only
Artist will have the right to use commission with watermark as sample
If you want to private comm +50% comm price
Youtube/ Vtuber thumbnail +50% comm price
Do not feed commission to any AI or machine learing

Yêu cầu chuẩn bị reference và brief kĩ nhất có thể trước khi nhắn tin trao đổi comm với mình
Mình sẽ từ chối comm nếu không có brief rõ ràng hoặc nếu mình không đủ khả năng nhận
Nếu có thêm bất kì câu hỏi nào xin hãy thoải mái trao đổi với mình. Sự rõ ràng trong giao tiếp sẽ giúp mình hình dung được idea của bạn rõ hơn và vẽ được đúng theo định hướng của bạn hơn
Thanh toán
Mình nhận thanh toán 100% chuyển khoản qua ngân hàng, hoặc Momo sau khi bạn đã duyệt bản rough sketch
Quá trình thực hiện và nhận feedback
Thường mình sẽ mất tầm 2-4 ngày để đưa cho bạn duyệt pose sketch rồi rough sketch
Progress comm sẽ gồm 5 giai đoạn (4 giai đoạn đối với comm sketch) : pose sketch - rough sketch - line art/clean sketch - base color and cel-shade - render + finishing
Khách comm được sửa free 2 lần khi mình update mỗi gia đoạn. Lần thứ 3 trở đi mình sẽ tính phí 10k mỗi lần sửa
Commission với nhiều chi tiết và design phức tạp: nhiều hơn 2 char, đồ fantasy phức tạp, vũ khí, vv có thể mất từ 2 tháng đến 10 tuần để hoàn thành
Mình sẽ update cho bạn sau từ 5-7 ngày. Nếu có delay update mình sẽ nhắn trước cho bạn trong khoảng thời gian đấy
Xin hãy gửi update cho mình trong 3 ngày. Nếu không nhận được feedback mình sẽ tiếp tục với giai đoạn tiếp theo của comm
Deadline sẽ bị kéo dài nếu quá trình feedback diễn ra quá lâu hoặc bạn có thay đổi nào so với ref đưa ra ban đầu
Hoàn tiền
Nếu khách hủy comm sau 2 ngày kể từ khi nhận bản rough sketch và thanh toán, mình sẽ refund lại 50% tiền comm
Nếu khách hủy comm 2 ngày sau khi nhận bản lineart, mình sẽ refund lại 12% tiền comm
Nếu comm bị delay 1 tháng so với deadline vì lý do cá nhân từ phía mình, khách sẽ nhận hoàn tiền 120% giá comm đã thanh toán
Bản quyền
Commission hoàn toàn dành cho mục đích cá nhân, không phục vụ cho thương mại hóa (in ấn, buôn bán dưới mọi hình thức)
Artist được phép sử dụng commisson với watermark làm sample
Nếu bạn muốn private comm và không muốn sử dụng làm sample phí private sẽ +50% giá comm ban đầu
Thumnail cho video, vtuber +50 giá comm
Yêu cầu không sử dụng commisson feed cho AI
